Color like furnishing

Color can assume a primary function in the planning of the atmospheres in which we live. Tone and type of finish must be value in function of room shape and employment which it is destined.

·         Dark colors:  they make small and receiving a wide room

·         Clear colors : they give the effect to widen the dimensions

·         Dark ceiling - clear wall: this contrast gives the lowering effect of the ceiling, rendering more pleasant a room too much high

·         Clear ceiling- dark wall: this contrast gives the ceiling higher

·         A wall darker than the others: it gives a room longer

Color and destination room

• SITTING ROOM . Fulcrum of active social life, it needs of warm and natural tones: red intense, orange, yellow orange, warm yellow, yellow ocher.These colors influence on the body temperature and push to the sociability. The red one in particular means confidence in itself and conquest of success.

• BEDROOM. It's the room that needs more privacy and tranquillity. For this reason are very good cold colors, like blue, intense blue, green light and violet, especially for insomnia problems. . Violet is cosmic energy color and it represents mystic and erotic charme.

• CHILDREN BEDROOM . Colors good for children, that love playing are yellow gold, warm yellow, yellow orange and orange. The orange, in particular, has got an action of equilibrium to psychical level.

• LIVING ROOM Yellow is the right color for some space of the living room. It has tightened relations with the nervous and respiratory system. It indicates comunicability and sociability. Its characteristic is to render happy and to wrap, protecting.

• STUDY, READING ROOM, OFFICE.  Green rest, blue tenuous, thea rose, brown earth are the colors advise in order to maintain the concentration. In particular, light blue provokes a lower cardiac rhythm and the distension of the respiratory rhythm. The green gives equilibrium and calm and quiet. Moreover, it is symbol of tenacity and perserverance.

• KITCHEN. Kitchen colors should be so light to make order and clean. In particular, the white creates a fresh sensation.
